EXPLANATION FOR #7 from CHI-SQUARE PACKAGE:

The null hypothesis is that there is no difference of absence rates of
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri so the number of kids absence on each day
will be the same.

Now, 4.2% of the 16000 kids are absent on Monday or 67. Do this for
each day. These are the observed values.

Now total them up. There were 277 absences over the week.

If the null hypothesis was true, these 277 kids could be equally
spread out over the 5 days giving 55.4 (rounded down to 55) kids
absent per day. These are the expected values.
